🛃 Import Duties & Taxes
Will I have to pay import taxes and duties?
Depending on your delivery destination, your package may be subject to regional import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your local government. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for details on tax thresholds and policies in your region.
⚠️ Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
What if my item arrives damaged or is lost in transit?
Every Pro Xtreme Camera is thoroughly inspected and carefully packed before leaving our fulfillment facility.
- Lost or Damaged Items: Once a shipment is handed over to the courier, logistics carriers are responsible for transit handling. While we cannot accept liability for carrier delays, damage, or loss in transit, our support team is always here to assist you in filing claims with the shipping provider.
- Stolen Packages & Address Errors: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer or packages stolen after confirmed delivery.
If you experience any issues with your shipment, please contact us right away at [email protected]—we’re happy to help guide you through the process!
